VisualAdaptor is an eclipse plugin for the Openadaptor project. See www.openadaptor.org

Currently works with Eclipse 3.1.

The product is available as an eclipse update using the update manager. From within eclipse, use :

• Help - Software Updates - Find and Install.
• On the Install/Update screen, select : "Search for new features to install"
• New Remote Site - select Url : http://visualadaptor.sourceforge.net/update

Follow the online help for instructions on how to use the product.

Status :

Currently a first prelease version. Allows a user to specify an openadaptor directory, create a new Openadaptor project, which automatically sets up the runtime environment, and then run or debug the application.

Currently working on :

Allowing the config to be created using a GUI, by dragging and dropping sources, sinks and pipes onto a canvas and configuring the application using a properties view.
